前锋工业园位于新晃县鱼市镇，距新晃县城15公里，面积8600亩，紧邻贵州大龙经济开发区，距沪昆高速入口3公里，玉铜高等级公路、320国道、湘黔铁路复线和即将开工的松丛高速公路从园区周边经过，距铜仁大兴机场40公里，距怀化芷江机场70公里。

四、  建设内容

工业园区基础设施项目，包括平整场地工程、道路工程、给水工程、排水（污水、洒水）工程、绿化工程等。

五、  招商方式

工业园基础设施项目建设采用“BT”方式（企业投资建设，政府分期回购）。

Project overview:

Qianfeng industrial park is located in Fish Town of Xinhuang. It is 15 kilometers away from Xinhuang County., and covers an area of 8600 acres. The park is close to the Economic Development Zone of Dalong in Guizhou. It has only 3 kilometers away from the entrance of Shanghai-Kunming expressway. Many roads and railways pass by from its side, such as Yuping-Tongren highway, No. 320 Road, The Hunan-Guizhou railway and the Song-Cong highway that is about to be built. Daxing Airport has 40km away from the park. Now, Zhijiang Airport has been opened, where is 70kms away.

Construction content:

The project of Infrastructure in the park, including site formation works, road project, water supply project, drainage works and the green project etc.

Investment Approach:

The project will take “BT” method. (the enterprise invests the construction, then the government repurchases it. )
